HR-Manager (100%)
Wille Finance AG is an international multi-family office based in Switzerland. In order to complete our growing team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and engaging personality who enjoys supporting our company and building up the HR department for the entire group.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for all HR matters and development of professional HR structures of the company and partner companies
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process including coordination and support of the management (up to date with latest recruitment trends and tools)
- Advice / coaching and support for employees and superiors in all relevant personnel and management issues
- Development and implementation of the employer brand to attract new talent
- Supervision of the internal payroll and salary administration
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and terms of employment
- Responsible for the HR-Team
Required Skills & Assets
- Successfully completed post graduate education with federal qualification in human resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function, preferably in a dynamic SME
- Strong hands-on mentality and ability to set priorities
- Empathic and communicative personality with consulting skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Independent and structured way of working
- High level of commitment, flexibility and quick comprehension
