About Wille Finance

Wille Finance AG is an international multi-family office based in Switzerland. In order to complete our small, dynamic team in the client servicing division we are looking for an additional team member.


  1. Household Management
    – organize and supervise both preemptive and reactive maintenance of properties
    – supervision of daily service tasks (laundry, cleaning, cooking etc.)
    – cost control of projects & properties
    – 3rd party management (gardeners, craftsmen, etc.)
  2. Lifestyle Management
    – organize meetings and leisure activities (travels, restaurants, events, etc.)
    – support clients with various tasks
  3. Concierge Management
    – organizing various groceries
    – supervise food & beverage
    – running errands etc.


  • Highly organized and open personality
  • Team player with attention to details
  • Able to work under stress and independently
  • Structured and ability to prioritize duties
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (higher language diploma), any other language is a plus.
  • Few years of experience in similar function or other client servicing environment
  • Drivers license and own car is required
  • Excellent Computer Knowledge (word, excel, specialized systems, App’s etc.)
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of both cleaning and laundry excellence
