Asset Management
- Develop strategies and business plans / cashflows to optimize the value of each asset in the portfolio.
- Manage the asset management, leasing and / or on-site property management teams, to maximize the value of the investment.
- Negotiate leasing proposals, capital expenditures and monitor the cash flow from the investment.
- Supervise lease contracts and lease obligations are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with Tax, Accounting, Legal on real estate related issues (e.g., Payments, Expenses, Rent Collection, Yearly Capex Budgets, Taxes, KYC).
- Coordinate the repositioning and development process of the assets (e.g., leasing, planning, design, refurbishment works).
- Create overview and report periodically in English to the Management Board.
Transaction Management
- Actively sourcing, screening and analysis of new investment opportunities.
- Analyze potential new investments, develop strategies and business plans.
- Responsible together with the Head of Real Estate for acquisition underwriting and due diligence process (internal / external).
- Prepare sales recommendations and coordinate sale process (closing / post-closing).
General
- Build up and manage a network of investors, brokers, developers, landlords and tenants.
- Inspect properties with team members, shareholders, and external consultants.
- Overlook the Real Estate Markets and determine attractive Real Estate sectors and markets.
Prepare recommendations and proposals for investment opportunities, asset strategies and present them to the Management Committee and Shareholders.
