About Wille Finance

Wille Finance AG is an international multi-family office based in Switzerland. In order to complete our small, dynamic team and we are looking for a team-oriented, multidisciplinary and resilient personality who is available immediately or by arrangement to join our Rep Office in Zurich.

Responsibilities

  • Support our various divisions with their back-office organization
  • Assist Clients in organizational and clerical matters
  • Make travel arrangements for the team
  • Support other team members with various clerical tasks
  • Plan, schedule and attend meetings when needed
  • Prepare reports / presentations and send out memos
  • Prepare project documents and required material
  • Handling of databases

PROFILE

  • Team worker with attention to details
  • Highly organized, trustworthy and loyal
  • Able to work under stress and without close supervision
  • Ability to prioritize main duties with a good problem-solving capacity
  • Professional appearance and open personality
  • Fluent in German and English (Cambridge Advanced Level)
  • Excellent Computer Knowledge (word, excel, specialized systems etc)
  • Self-motivated, flexible and initiative
  • Driver’s license / own car
